I, Miss Morgles, ....

Allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Morgan. It’s a cursed name, really. I grew up with multiple nicknames. One of you may remember Dorken.. That wasn’t too bad. Another one of you may remember Ophelia… Now.. That had no ties to my name, but you may remember it, so I’ll mention it. Then there’s Mookie and Mo and MoMo..

None of these are bad.

But then there’s one… Morbid, I might add… Morg… Morgue.. MORGUE!! I did not like this one.

Ok.. this introduction has become long-winded… I need to finish this.

My current nickname is Morgles. It comes from Morgan… with –les at the end.. as was a common thing to do among my friends. My Rob-les (or Robbles) gave it to me. So I sweetened it up a bit with Miss… Miss Morgles. I am Miss Morgles. Ok.. actually, most call me Morgs or Morgles.. But can I be girly sometimes?!?!

Ahem.. Anyway..

Moving on…

My life after high school has been an interesting one. I won’t really get into it, because that may take years.. and being that I’m at work.. I don’t have that time. Let’s just keep it at this: It’s been interesting. I said that already.

I’m currently 24. I live in an apartment in Lenexa (I really don’t like that name)… I have a cat named Bonsai (I will explain the origin of that name another entry)… I’m engaged to my high school sweetheart (we don’t have a date yet, so don’t ask..haha!)..

I work at a local (somewhat) real estate company in the accounting department. It was neat when an old friend of mine (elementary school, junior high school, and high school) had a closing within our company and the commission check from the file came across my desk! It’s the small things in life… *sigh*

Anyway..

I’m in the process of going back to school to finish up my degree in the nerdy field of Accounting. Um.. That’s not exciting, so I’ll move on.

Actually.. What about this entry is exciting?

Ok.. I was going to write something else, but I forgot. I was distracted by my fancy Freshwater Cucumber antibacterial hand lotion from Bath & Body Works.

I’m at work right now. I shouldn’t be typing this. But.. I am.

What else? Um.. I don’t know. I think I’m finished with this entry. Anyone have any ideas on what to add to the introduction??

Oh yeah.. B-T-W … I don’t have a name for the blog yet.. Any ideas?
